About The Role:
Exceptional Filleting Skills Required
You will have a "Can Do!" attitude
You will actively share your skills and experience with other team members
You will look, listen, and learn, both from your team and from individual effort
You will acquire extended knowledge and skills in seafood processing and food handling skills
You will have an understanding of HACCP procedures and practices
5 Day Week - Saturday work required

About You We are looking for someone who:

Is Reliable and Punctual
Is able to work hard when the time calls for it
Is self-motivated and has a high desire to learn
Understands the principles of food hygiene and quality
Understands the need for processes and can adhere to them
Has a strong attention to detail and an eye for product presentation
Has strong communication skills and is comfortable using them
Has the ability to work and relate effectively in a team
Strong Filleting Skills and extended seafood processing knowledge
